Hitchcock Clean & Restore was originally founded in 1979 as Hitchcock’s Cleaning Company. In 1984 the Calvin Seyler family purchased and incorporated into Hitchcock Enterprises, Inc. and began operating as Hitchcock Clean and Restore. At that time there were 4 family members and one employee, who was “inherited” when the business was purchased.
Over the last three decades, the company grew rapidly and established it’s reuptation as a leading provider of cleaning services in and around Berks County.
Today, Hitchcock offers professional janitorial services, commercial floor care, construction cleanup, and estate cleanout services. In fact, to this day, Hitchcock continues to service the first janitorial client they contracted with. Lu Ann Seyler continues to own, operate and grow the company.
